Lambco Machinery's vice is a precision-engineered tool that has been designed, cast and finished by hand in England.

The vice is crafted from high-grade BS2789 Grade 420-12 SG iron which provides exceptional strength and durability to withstand heavy-duty applications.

The vice is the largest of its kind made in England and is the largest current production vice in the world - weighing a substantial 200kg. The jaw opening spans 19 inches, making it ideal for holding and securing large workpieces.

The vice's 48mm screw is hand-made with precision from en24 steel and runs on thrust ball races, ensuring smooth operation.

 

The vice body is machined using traditional methods such as shaper planer and Devlieg jigmil, which provide high accuracy and surface finish.

 

The vice features insertable replaceable jaws with a width of 10 inches and a 30mm diameter 24-inch long handle.
